Ingredients
600g quick cook spaghetti
½ cup (62ml) olive oil
2 teaspoons minced garlic
350ml heavy cream
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 cups (250g) grated cheddar cheese
Method
Place your pasta into a saucepan of boiling water and cook it according to the packet instructions (usually 3-5 minutes)
In the meantime, set a saucepan on the hob over a medium heat, add the oil, followed by all of the remaining ingredients and cook for 5 minutes, or until the cheese has melted and the sauce is bubbling.
Drain the pasta and stir it through the sauce before serving.
