Ok, so calling this a milkshake is a bit of a stretch, but it does contain milk, so I’m running with it!
With the days warming up and the ice cream van making daily rounds on our street. I try to give the kids something to distract them from their natural instincts of “ice cream now please.”
Makes 3 glasses.
INGREDIENTS
2 bananas
2 handfuls of spinach
2tbsp of cacao powder
Milk (add 75ml then add more if needed to get the consistency you prefer). If dairy free, use your preferred alternative.
1tbsp peanut butter
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a blender. Blitz until smooth.
Serve. Enjoy.
