These simple lamb kebabs are perfect for the whole family. Cook them in the oven, fry them or our favourite pop them on the BBQ.
Serve with salad, mint yoghurt (mix mint sauce into natural yoghurt) and wraps/pitta/flat bread.
For best results, make the night before and leave in the fridge to marinate.
Recipe makes 10-12 kebabs, but you can make them as small or as large as you want, just adjust the cooking time.
INGREDIENTS
500g of minced lamb
1 small red onion finely diced
2 large garlic cloves finely diced or minced
1tbsp olive oil
1tbsp ground cumin
1tbsp ground coriander
1tbsp garlic granules
1tbsp paprika
pinch of salt & pepper
METHOD
Add all ingredients to a large bowl. With your hands mix well.
Take a palm size amount and mould into a kebab shape. Careful not to over work it. Place onto a plate/Tupperware dish. Do this until mince mix is finished.
Cover and pop into the fridge for at least an hour (over night is advised).
Bake, fry or BBQ until just cooked through.
Eat. Enjoy
